Quick Post: Aval / Poha Breakfast

Ingredients

Glutenfree breakfast idea: A no cook recipe and my kids can fix it for us.

Layer Red aval / poha (flattened rice) followed by crumbled energy ladoo , slices banana, milk and garnish raisins & cranberry in a small mason jar. Cover and let it soak overnight in fridge. Serve cold. Replace milk with coconut or almond milk for a vegan meal.
