We always loved the
pristine BLUE sea,
faded BLUE jeans,
beautiful BLUE forget-me-not flowers,
attractive Robbin bird’s BLUE eggs,
irresistible BLUE berries
delicious BLUE cheese
bright BLUE walls
But now, you name anything in BLUE, we will love it for sure…
We have a reason to love blue even more now. Yes, we are shouting with excitement that there is a new kid on the block and it’s been little more than 7 weeks since our baby boy came to this world.
Those toothless innocent smiles that make our day, those chubby cheeks we brush our lips with, those tiny toes that kicks us, those soft hands that reaches out to us,those sparkling eyes that speaks to us….. Awww!! He melts our heart over and over again. This is our world now and we are loving every moment of parenthood.
A big thank you and hugs to all my friends and family for the love, good wishes, prayers and support. Special thanks to my mom for bearing my arguments, mood swings and tantrums.
It was a quiet new year at home. We celebrated it with our little prince by baking Ria Mathew’s fruit cake (Recipe here) and whole chicken roasted with veggies. The cake was super moist and super delicious. Do give it a try. Thanks Ria for sharing your family recipe.
