Chicken Sandwich With Sandwich Thins

  • 2 tbsp boiled chicken chunks shredded
  • 3-4 tbsp full fat mayonanaise
  • 1 tbsp full fat yoghurt (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sandwich thin


  • Mix the chicken, mayo, yogurt, salt and pepper together. Set aside.
  • Tear one sandwich thin into two halves. Smothered the spread on one half and cover with the other. Press to seal. Cut into quarters and pack or serve right away.


1. You can pre-prepara this and store in fridge for a party. It works well as a tea sandwich.
2. It is an excellent picnic food. Stays fresh upto 4-6 hours
3. This sandwich can be eaten as lunch or snack or breakfast in South Beach Diet phase 2 and 3.
